Note Card Holder 1.. Tutorial

Note Holder 1…

Hi all, it’s me again, this time to show you a sticky note holder I made.. I love this design because you can place a pen or pencil with it to use.. I don’t know about you but I am forever looking for a pen, (which I have a hundred of somewhere in this house I am sure ).

I hope you like it and remember if you are giving as a gift, to include the pen.



 
Cut a piece of Black cardstock at 3 1/2 inches x 8 1/2 inches or 7.8cm x 20.5cm.
Score at 3 7/8 inches, 4 1/4 inches, 4 5/8 inches or 9.3cm, 10.7cm, 11.4cm
Measure 1. 1/8 inch or 2.7cm from the top and the bottom and make a cut as shown in below photo..


 
Adhere on the inside with double sided tape as shown.
(note.. Push the middle piece out and the adhesive piece in..)



Cut 2 pieces of Mister Fox cardstock at 8.3cm x 8.3 cm and 1 piece at 9.5cm x 8.3cm.
Ink around the edges Pumpkin Pie ink and adhere the 2 pieces of 8.3 x 8.3 to the front and the inside left. Adhere the 9.5cm x 8.3cm to the right side of the inside of the holder where the sticky note pad goes..(NOTE: adhere this down before you fold the middle score over as below.

I have used cogs and fussy cut pieces from the Mister Fox cardstock.
Place a pen or pencil in the slit piece and give as a gift with a sticky note pad inside.

Mister Fox cardstock – KaiserCraft
Black Bazzill cardstock
Pumpkin Pie ink – Stampin Up
Cogs – Tim Holtz
Cogs – Cut
