Repurposing Paper Clip Art - April

Hi all,

Wow its April already and here I am with my April paper clip art which for this month 

is re purposing .. I looked around my craft studio and spotted a bag that has been sitting there for about 18 months that had all my scrap bits in that I had placed in kits to use 'One Day' lol.

I reached in my hand and thought I will use whatever I pull out.. 

Ok not what I would have chosen by sight but I thought why not.. 

..A challenge for myself ..

All the stuff in a package, some I used some stuff I didn't..

I pulled it all out and started to get an idea of what I could do with all the bits and pieces.. 

This is what I came up with.. The gold underneath the cogs is waste paper from old die cuts. Some of the cogs are not perfect and are missing bits and the cotton was frayed as.

Close Up .. The hessian had holes and pieces missing so I used what I could.  

Underneath the cog is a card I created about 3 years ago that I never liked so what to do but punch out circles to use on the paperclip art..

I then did add quotes from Tim Holtz which are 12 months old (does that count)? lol
