Items Needed:

 A5 Card base

Cut one piece of cardstock (plain) @ 5 3/4" x 3 7/8"

Cut two pieces of cardstock (patterned) @ 5 1/2" x 3 3/4"

Cut one piece of cardstock (plain) @ 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

Cut one piece of cardstock (patterned) @ 3 1/2" x 2 1/4"

Cut one tag of cardstock @ 2" x 3 1/2"

Kit:

Step 1. Distress and ink all the pieces.

Step 2. With the  2 pieces of 5 1/2" x 3 3/4" cut on the diagonal as shown.

Stamp the top piece and adhere to the 5 3/4" x 3 7/8" . With the second diagonal piece 

 adhere only a fine line on the left side and the bottom leaving the top open to insert a tag.

Adhere the two smaller pieces as shown. Don't place any adhesive over the pocket where the tag hides.  Fussy cut Ink nibs and cut some 1" circles from patterned paper and place on the card front. Paint over them with glossy accents..

Tie a little ribbon and string in a punched hole on the tag.
