Envelope Book - AVSC

 

Envelope Book created with the kit from Aunty Vera Scrap and Craft..
 

Hi all, I love these little envelopes so I thought I would make a little book with them to show off the wonderful quotes with the paper.

I simply traced around one of the opened envelopes and cut a cover and back from the gorgeous paper in the kit..

 

Cover opened to show the first envelope... I really love these envelopes so much

that I didn't want any thing to cover them up..

 

I fussy cut the tent and painted it with dimensional magic..

 

The back of the book, as you can see I inked around all the paper

edges to give it some dimension..

 

The tag quotes I made are 2  3/4 inch x 3 1/8 inch..

 

Have you noticed I used the stencil with the paint (from the kit) for each tag.. 

 

I fussy cut each quote and also a number.. Love this washie tape

from Aunty Vera. 

 

A few bling and some pearl paint (from Aunty Vera) is all

you need for number 4.

 

A bit of glitter makes number 5 sparkle..

 

Following the theme through all of the quote cards

using stencil and paint  and of course a peach border

finished this one.

 

Count the stars has lots of sparkle and works wonderful

with this background paper.

 

Number 8 has lots of shine and pearl paint in the flowers

make this pretty..

 

Love this little book with all the quotes..

 

These envelopes are just to darn gorgeous..

Craft on the Road

Well I need to be honest, I have created very little craft while on the road. Why, because there is so much to do and see.. And I have been reading a great series of books.. See not enough time lol..

I did manage to create some card toppers for the male species and of course a few Gorjuss Paper Clip art pieces.. I will be creating some cards to show you soon but let me show you now what I have created...

CARD TOPPERS (MALE)

The paper, which I love is by Kaisercraft and called Story Book.. Lots of fussy cutting, a bit of tea dyed gauze, and heaps of 3D foam sq and you have these; oh don't forget to ink around the edges of all pieces with Tea Dye Distress Ink to get rid of the white cut edge..

GORJUSS PAPER CLIP ART

These Paper Clip beauties from the Simply Gorjuss 6 x 6 Paper Pack are just.. Well.. 'GORJUSS'..

With a little trim, odd bits and pieces and Victorian Velvet Distress inked gauze, What more do you need!!! Ok you do need to do lots of fussy cutting but that's all the fun isn't it..

Assorted Cards..

        
                          I wanted to do a gorjuss girl in black and white and think she turned our quite nicely..

 

A rub on I have had for literally years and finally decided to use it lol..

 

Black and white butterflies.. I love this design...

 

The butterflies are embossed in yellow for this bright fresh card, again another wonderful design that I love making..

 

A very simple card using my leftovers.. I like it..

 

Don't you love these folders, Versatile and so easy to do...

 

Lots of lace and of course 'butterflies'.. The flower is made from gathered lace..

 

Another negative flower, simple but effective ..

Coloured Images

 

These are digi images and stamps that I experimented on with my new copic pens.. I have yet to place them into a card or something...
