Cookie Box - CC

 Hi all,

I wanted to show you how easy it is to create something from mixed collection. I used the Earthy Delight Collection and the Street Smarts Collection. I had these cookie boxes in my stash for ages and thought why not cover one in these collections and give to my golf crazy cousin filled with my choc chip cookies..

I don't have dimentions as each box is a different size. So, I covered the box only doing half of the sides as they fold in and also the base of the inside just to make it pretty..  Adding the golf pushout on the side and 'you are my favourite person' ephemera piece on the 3D foam circles. I also added the gloves, 'wishing you a happy birthday' and the chess set also from the ephemera set on the box. It really is nicer in person. I fussy cut the leaves and also have a grass punch in my stash which I used with vellum. SO nice..

 Hi all,

I thought I would go with what I love doing and that is a little bit of mixed media.. I started off with a piece of watercolour paper and reinkers.  

Just drag the reinker across the page in three places and spray lots of water on it and lift it up to run down the page. Let it dry, Flatten out and stamp with assorted stamps and using white embossing powder heat to melt. Stamp some doodles around the page in black ink as well. Let dry. 

Add washie tape , and sentiments using a small staple gun for the top one.. Ink around the tag in black ink then sew around the edges. Add the skaterboy topper with 3d foam tape and voila you are done. Easy Peasy!.

 Hi all,

Another collection from Couture Creations for the male in your life. The Street Smarts Collection has lots of sports for you to choose from.. For this idea I chose the Motorcross image.. 

cut a 12 x 12 inch paper down to 8 1/2 inches x 11 inches, Score at 2 inches, 5 inches, 7 inches,            10 inches, turn and score at 1 1/2 inches x 6 1/2 inches . Cut as shown. Also cut on all of the bottom score lines up to the first line at the bottom. (you can see on the photo below where the brown inked line is) Fold into a box and adhere the tab on the side and the four bottom sections. Press the sides in to shape into a bag.

Stamp the checkerplate on silver foil, cut out to fit front of bag and adhere. Adhere the pushout with double sided tape to the checkerplate. Punch two holes in the lid and thread through twine. Fill with goodies and then tie off into a bow.

Box of Notecards -CC

 Hi all,

Today I am going to show you how I created this box with four notecards with the Street Smarts Collection.

From the brown dot paper cut 9 1/4 inches x 7 1/2 inches. On the 9 1/4 inch side score at 1 1/2 in,         2 1/2 in, 6 in , 7 inches Turn and score at 1in, 2 in, 5 1/2 in, 6 1/2 in  Cut as shown

Cut mats and adhere as shown. Fold up and adhere tabs. (once the box is folded it is easy to see where the tabs are to be glued). I used the Pushout Cycling for the front of the box adhering with foam squares. 

I made four envelopes and used the same paper as the box for the closures. Cards are cut at 6 inches x 3 inches and folded in half. I coloured the stamped images with Twin Tip Alcohol Markers on Synthetic paper and die cut them out with the stamp and die sets.
