Go Wild & Free Layout CC

Hi all,

I decided to create a layout with these gorgeous flowers from Couture Creations.

Using Alcohol Inks from their huge range I dabbed ink and created a circle on the page. I then did some second generation stamping on the page using assorted stamps from the two flower stamp and die set. 

I made the purplish background mat for the photos using alcohol inks and it was pretty as.

I love the Clear Casting Resin from Couture Creations so I made a border with one of my moulds and simply dropped some purple and gold alcohol inks on it to spread it around. Pretty!

Finally I stamped the flowers and using the stencils with the set I coloured them in with the alcohol ink markers. I then die cut these. Stamping the sentiment Go Wild and Free that came with the set, I cut each word separate and placed that on the side. 

Now it was just a matter of putting it all together..

Set of Cards - couture Creations

 Hi all, 

I am still loving the Alcohol Inks from Couture Creations and have been using them so much it's time for new ones lol. I created a set of five cards using alcohol inks and added a piece of Clear Casting Resin on one or two as well as using a few Sentiment Die Sets. Love these cards... 

1. Smile.. I die cut the frame from Nesting Treasured Frames CO 726468 then fussy cut around the inside to give me the opening to showcase the wonderful alcohol ink background. I die cut the Smile four times and adhered together to give depth to the word. I cut the shadow from black cardstock to make it stand out and edged it in gold. 


2. Kisses...I love this background with lots of gold running through the pinks, matted on to a piece of embossed paper. I diecut the kisses word five times once from gold and four times from white cardstock and adhered them together with the gold on top. A flower from the Mixed Natives stamp and coloured in with Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers finished the card. 


3 Hugs.... How pretty is this card with the blues, gold and white !!! Again I added several layers on the word and shadow to make it stand out. Again pretty...  


4. Beautiful... I love the purples with a dash of black and just a touch of gold alcohol inks. I  created a small resin rose and poured a little purple and gold alcohol inks over it and just wow, love it.. 


5. Kisses... I cut a tag from an older collection Steampunk Dreams Collection
and again love the colour combination of alcohol inks. I stamped and diecut a flower from the Mixed Natives Stamp set and coloured it in with the Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers. I used the Clear Casting Resin to create a bow and splashed some reds, blue and gold on it and placed it like a vase..

SUN & Ocean Layout - Couture Creations

 Hi all,

Wow what a month of gorgeous creations on the Couture Creations blog..

I have about 300 new photos so I knew the paper I was going to use for these two photos

was definitely the Seaside Collection.  I also love the Clear Casting Resin so included heaps

of these in the layout using the Alcohol Inks to colour them.

Using moulds and the Clear Casting Resin I made a sand castle, some shells, stars and of course a huge sun which I then coloured in with Alcohol Inks. Have you seen these little Blending Tips? wow brilliant to use. 


I fussy cut papers 2 along the bottom and using the 3D foam dots placed it on the bottom of papers 5. I sewed around the edges and using resin and ephemera pieces to build up some layers.. 


The huge resin sun coloured with the alcohol inks..


Fussy cutting the lighthouse with a little ink around the top looks great combined with the word Ocean and a resin star.. 


I used three quotes from the Ephemera set with two sea gulls flying around the page.

You Go Girl Book - Couture Creations

 Hi all, 

I hope this winter is keeping you well

I created a book for you using the new collection from Couture Creations 

YOU GO GIRL COLLECTION

and of course I had to use a little of the Clear Casting Resin..

It's wonderful, I hope you like it.. 



Paint the book with Gesso and using the gorgeous Alcohol Inks dab a mix onto the book. 


Pretty isn't it. 


I made two hearts from the delightful Clear Casting Resin and painted it with alcohol inks.
Did you notice the quote? from the Blooming Friendship collection. 


Fussy cut flowers and leaves.


Another resin piece, this time a tiny flower.


I placed fussy cut feathers and a brad in her hair. Princess is beautiful..

A Heart and Wings Easel CC

 HI all,

It's my turn on the blog today and I have a simple project for you
using the wonderful new product CO728096 CLEAR CASTING RESIN  

I have recycled a small easel frame painting it black then applying Papers 4 on the front and 
sanding it around the edges. 
 and adhered as shown. Using the Black Onyx Alcohol Ink I covered the legs to give it a little shine. I also placed bling on the bottom and covered it with Gold Alcohol Ink. I love the heart with wings mould I have so used the brilliant Clear Casting Resin and painted it with assorted alcohol inks. 
A few beads and bits and pieces and it was finished. I like it...
