Cookie Box - CC

 Hi all,

I wanted to show you how easy it is to create something from mixed collection. I used the Earthy Delight Collection and the Street Smarts Collection. I had these cookie boxes in my stash for ages and thought why not cover one in these collections and give to my golf crazy cousin filled with my choc chip cookies..

I don't have dimentions as each box is a different size. So, I covered the box only doing half of the sides as they fold in and also the base of the inside just to make it pretty..  Adding the golf pushout on the side and 'you are my favourite person' ephemera piece on the 3D foam circles. I also added the gloves, 'wishing you a happy birthday' and the chess set also from the ephemera set on the box. It really is nicer in person. I fussy cut the leaves and also have a grass punch in my stash which I used with vellum. SO nice..

Infinity Card - Couture Creations

Hi all, 

Today I would like to show you a card I made using Alcohol Inks by Couture Creations. 

Measurements are : 

Base 6 1/8 in x 3in cut 4 

Square Mat 2 7/8 in x 2 7/8 in cut 8

Square Mat Stitched 2 3/4 in x 2 3/4 in cut 8

Rectangle Mat 2 7/8 in x 1 3/8 in cut 8 - 12 depending on how you have your card

Rectangle Mat Stitched 2 3/4 in x 1 1/4 in cut as above 8 - 12

Small Square Mat 1 3/8 in x 1 3/8 in cut 8

Small Square Mat Stitched 1 1/4 in x 1 1/4 in cut 8 

I have used a die from Snazzie Scrapping and believe me, it does make this so much easier lol

Leftover Card - CC

Hi all,

Today I made a card from the left over piece I had when I made the Infinity Card. I thought it was too nice to cut up so I made it into a card topper using one of the lovely dies from Couture Creations.

I totally love the embossed image it gave to the card around the edge, brilliant!

Two Cuties ATC

 

Hi everyone

I hope this first day of November finds you well. I am cleaning my studio and boy is it a mess, too much stuff not enough space as every crafter I know would say lol.

I decided to take a break from cleaning and made two ATC's as you know are Artist Trading Cards which are 2 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches. 

I love creating these and someday will place them on cards or something as a topper but for now they stay in the folder to look at when I am feeling down.. 

Aall & Create and Paper Artsy are my go to for these ATC's. Coloured in with copics and the backgrounds are made by me in different ways.

Lavender Love Booklet - CC

 Hi all

I love making books and booklets and decided to make one with the rest of the papers I had left from the collection. 

I love the Wild Water Peppers stamp, die and stencil set from Couture Creations and decided to create a booklet with it.. Did you know the Wild Water Peppers flowers are purple with green leaves! I thought they would be red with the name of peppers in it.. 

Measurements are 11 1/2 inches x 8 1/2 inches

Score at 2 7/8 in, 5 3/4 in, 8 5/8 in turn and score at 4 1/4 in.

Cut between the first score line and the last score line.

To make the booklet is easy as just follow along with the video..

Homely Florals Canvas - Couture Creations

Hi all,

HOMELY FLORALS COLLECTION

I am loving this collection from Couture Creations.

I coloured these gorgeous images in with the COAPC2 Twin Tip Alcohol Ink Markers and decided to create a small canvas to bring brightness to a dark room.. I really enjoyed making this, so relaxing and fun to do.. 

Maybe my new favourite alcohol ink. I painted the easel with white than added the Golden Age Sunflower Alcohol Ink along the edge to match the canvas. 

Fussy cutting is quite relaxing and believe me I did lots of fussy cutting to give me several layers on the canvas. I die cut the 'beautiful' word four times and adhered together for dimension then adhered it across the flower as shown. Glossy Accents on top to give some shine and some glitter and the canvas was finished..

Filed Card - The Man Who Won -AVSC

 Hi all, 

I adore the Field Notes stamp set so much I actually used them on everything 

I created this month.. I hope you will join me in creating something 

wonderful..  

All my goodies together for this wonderful card.

I spread a bit of all three inks above onto the glass mat and spritzed with water to place the small white mat on..

Black Card Base

White Mat 3 3/4 inches x 5 1/2 inches

Patterned Mat 3 1/2 inches x 5 1/4 inches

Spotted Mat 2 3/4 inches x 4 1/2 inches

Number Mat 2 3/8 inches x 4 3/8 inches

Blue Mat 2 inches x 3 3/8 inches

Corrugated Mat 1/2 inches x 3 1/4 inches

I stamped the bottom patterned mat with the stamps in blue to make them stand out. 

I inked all the edges and drew a line around the inked mat. I rubbed Gold and Blue Inka Gold on to the corrugated cardboard. I stamped a pen nib and fussy cut it and adhered it with 3D foam tape. I added some die cut cogs underneath the top and bottom corners..

I stamped Filed on a piece of scrap card and cut it out adding a brad to finish it off.

ATC Coins Agents - The Man Who Won -AVSC

 Hi all, 

Another project using the wonderful stamp set from Tim Holtz 'Field Notes'.  

I love creating ATC's and ATC Coins and knew this paper pack was perfect for these.

All the parts for the brilliant coins.

I stamped several images and cut them out.  I punched a 2 1/2 inch circle for the back twice for strength and glued them together. I could not find my 2 1/4 inch punch so used a circle die for the mat.. 

I inked around the coins with brown ink then went around the edge with black. The Enclosure and the 785 are popped up with 3D foam tape.  

Agent 1929 is popped up with 3D foam tape with a 1 inch circle cut in half behind it. I cut Agent 1929 in half and popped them up with the 3D foam tape as well. A black bling in his cravat and I Love this.

Not only can you create men's cards but also a feminine feel as well. I stamped the butterfly stamp and fussy cut around it. You cannot see this but it has lots of glossy accents and glitter and looks wonderful. 

All four projects together.

November Unboxing 2020 - The Man Who Won - AVSC
