Items needed:

A5 Card Base

Cut 1piece of cardstock  (plain) @ 5 3/4" x 3 7/8"

Cut 1piece of cardstock  (pattern) @ 3 3/4" x 2 7/8"

Cut 1piece of cardstock  (pattern) @ 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

Cut 1strip of cardstock  (pattern) @ 5 3/4" x 1 1/2"

Cut 1scalloped border of cardstock  (pattern) @ 5 3/4" x 2"

2 Tags of your choice

Ribbon

Kit:

Step 1. Distress all pieces.

Step 2. Ink all pieces.

Step 3. Adhere pieces as shown remembering to only adhere the strip

at the sides and in the middle where gap is..

Step 4. Finish card as shown fussy cutting pen nibs and 1" circle.

Paint glossy accents on pen nibs and circle. 

Decorate tags as you like.. I used left overs and stamps.
